RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You have 14 days after purchase to return or exchange your Device(s)/Accessory(s). Returns or exchanges for each Device require the original contents/packaging and will be subject to a $45 re-stocking fee. Returns or exchanges for damaged items, closeout items, SIM cards, and opened/used Accessories cannot be accepted. Returns must be made at the location purchased from
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our retail stores.
If you return an item that was opened, missing package or missing accessories, we will issue a refund minus the coat of the missing item.
You can expect to receive your refund automatically in store once your item is back to us and inspected.
